Clay has more than three decades of experience in public accounting and is the managing shareholder of the Starkville office. He has dedicated himself to specializing in tax services for individuals and business entities in all stages of operations.

Clay is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and has performed valuations for individuals and all types of business entities. As a CVA, Clay has the knowledge of and experience with industry standards for determining the monetary value of assets, liabilities, and net worth of business entities and individuals. This has made him a valuable asset to his clients when valuations must be determined for inheritance, death, trusts and estates, mergers and acquisitions, and divorce. Clay’s ability to consider market analysis, trends, and industry projections when performing business valuations has enabled him to assist his clients through expansions, mergers and spin-offs, succession planning, and in their efforts to obtain financing.
